Neville hails from Durban and holds a Master of Health Sciences in Clinical Technology (Reproductive Biology), a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a Bachelor of Technology in Clinical Technology, specialising in Reproductive Biology (cum laude), and a National Diploma in Clinical Technology, specialising in Reproductive Biology.
He joined the DFC team in 2009 as the laboratory director and embryologist. Previous to this he worked as the Chief Embryologist at Steve Biko Academic Hospital in Pretoria.
